Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests and retention.
• Manage leasing activities: respond to inquiries, follow up with prospects, conduct tours, and prepare leases.
• Market available units via social media and outreach.
• Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep: scheduling repairs, overseeing cleanings and inspections, make-ready processes.
• Perform financial/admin tasks: recording rent, processing deposits, submitting invoices, maintaining tenant records.
