Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional for a 200-apartment community in Louisville, KY. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering excellent customer service.

You will maintain presentation-ready office and models, support day-to-day operations, and help coordinate community events. This role offers full-time hours, benefits, and growth opportunities within property management.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive, energetic, and solution-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment.
• Tech-savvy; property management software experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (not required).

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours.
• Lease apartments and close prospects effectively.
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals.
• Provide excellent resident and prospect customer service.
• Keep leasing office, models, and tour paths presentation-ready.
