Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property and Leasing Manager to join our organization. Responsibilities include:

• Manage leasing, outreach, and lead generation for the community.
• Provide a professional, positive, and engaging experience for residents.
• Handle resident complaints and resolve issues following proper protocol.
• Process apartment applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Enter work order requests for maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure apartment turnovers.
• Ensure work order requests meet company standards.
• Conduct walkthroughs of available apartments to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with Activities Coordinator to welcome new residents.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
