As the Sales Operations & GTM Systems Specialist at iGrafx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of go-to-market initiatives across our global organization. This leadership position involves overseeing the enhancement and optimization of our GTM systems to support the ambitious sales targets of our diverse, multinational client base spanning banks, hospitals, factories, and more. This role demands strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep expertise in systems integration and sales operations excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, develop, and ensure the implementation of innovative sales processes and GTM strategies.
  • Spearhead the integration and alignment of GTM systems with overall business objectives to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to refine and enhance collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other key departments.
  • Define and oversee key performance metrics and SLAs to continually measure and elevate organizational success.
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making processes by leveraging advanced analytics to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of all GTM systems, particularly focusing on CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Champion the training and development of team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading GTM strategies and systems implementations in a senior managerial role.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), Sales Intelligence (Gong), and Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Outreach) software and a strong command of MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
