Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Charlotte, NC to attract, screen, and lease available properties to qualified prospects. You will conduct tours, negotiate terms, ensure smooth move-ins, and maintain excellent resident relations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of property management systems, with weekends and holidays as needed. The position offers full-time hours with competitive pay and a benefits package including health and life

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
• Maintain high occupancy and positive resident relations while upholding policies and fair housing regulations.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and team to achieve leasing goals.
