The position suits someone with ~2–3 years of business experience who enjoys varied projects across real estate sectors, with hybrid working from London and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management software or implementations.
• Understanding of property and lease management principles and implementation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable delivering client training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for documentation and presentations.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and translate into solution designs and configurations.
• Advise clients on best practices for property and lease management.
• Support configuration, testing, training and deployment across the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver remote or in-person training programs and materials.
• Manage project timelines, risks and resources, proactively resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients across real estate sectors.
