Job summary

Serco Inc. invites an experienced Real Estate & Facilities Technology Program Lead to oversee multiple consulting teams on complex Integrated Workplace Management and Enterprise Asset Management projects. You will align client goals with scalable solutions and mentor staff across global delivery teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, with deep knowledge of TRIRIGA/Maximo, real estate processes, and Agile practices. Domestic travel up to 25% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo solutions for Real Estate and Facility Operations.
• Understanding of Real Estate, Lease Administration, Capital Project Management, Space and Move Management processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of TRIRIGA, Maximo Application Suite, Kahua, Procore, Nuvolo, ServiceNow WS.
• Ability to leverage Agile Development Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic focus areas and design new solutions management.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with customers to document delivery needs.
• Lead development and standardization of client deliverable templates and processes.
• Mentor junior team members in functional, technical and PM skills.
• Coordinate resource planning across a portfolio of real estate tech projects.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with vendors and leadership.
• Represent the team in industry discussions and knowledge transfer sessions.
