It suits someone with around two to three years of business experience who enjoys varied project work across multiple real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and translate them into solution designs, including gap analysis and configuration of property management platforms
• Advise clients on industry best practices for property and lease management in either investor or occupier contexts
• Support configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities through the full implementation lifecycle
• Develop and deliver remote or in-person training programs and supporting documentation
• Manage project timelines, risks, and resources, proactively resolving issues as they arise
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and a diverse client base across specialised real estate sectors

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using or implementing a property management software platform
• Understanding of property and lease management principles and software implementation methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence delivering training to client audiences
• Solid logical reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities, paired with tenacity to see issues through
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations
• Self-motivated team player with strong customer focus and willingness to travel when required
