Placements24 is seeking a Property Law Specialist to join their Paarl-based team. This role blends office and remote work in a hybrid model, focusing on conveyancing, development, leasing, and dispute resolution to support the company’s real estate interests.

You will draft and negotiate leases, advise on acquisitions and zoning, perform due diligence, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and legislation, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience focused on property law.
• Proficiency in conveyancing procedures and relevant property legislation.
• Experience in commercial property transactions and lease agreements.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
