Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or qualified Legal Advisor with at least 4 years of experience in contract law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of South African contract law principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal professionals.
