You will handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction to the final registration. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for property sales and transfers.
• Draft and prepare all necessary legal documentation, including deeds of sale, bonds, and transfer documents.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office.
• Ensure accurate calculation and collection of all relevant fees, duties, and taxes.
• Oversee the registration of all property transfers and bonds promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Admitted Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of property transactions.
