We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Temporary Property Law & Title Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical, high-volume support to our legal team on matters involving real estate transactions, property disputes, and comprehensive title analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and review comprehensive title searches and abstracts to identify liens, encumbrances, easements, and ownership history.
• Analyze title commitments and exceptions, drafting precise summary memos for review by supervising attorneys.
• Draft and proofread legal property documents, including deeds, easements, affidavits, leases, and closing statements.
• Facilitate escrow processes, interacting regularly with lenders, buyers, sellers, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain and update electronic property transaction files and deadlines within our document management system.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience specialized as a real estate or title paralegal.
• Solid proficiency with public property registries, GIS mapping platforms, and commercial title software.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and specialized document management or e-filing systems.
• Refined written and verbal communication skills for navigating relationships with clients, lenders, and government officials.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload independently under strict, time-sensitive deadlines.
