Responsibilities

Conduct and review title searches and abstracts to identify liens, encumbrances, easements, and ownership history.
Analyze title commitments and exceptions; draft summary memos for supervising attorneys.
Draft and proofread deeds, easements, affidavits, leases, and closing statements.
Facilitate escrow processes with lenders, buyers, sellers, and third-party vendors.
Maintain electronic property transaction files and deadlines in the document management system.
