Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience
• Fork Lift/Truck operator preferred (2+ years)
• Ability to update databases and ensure accurate property movements
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Review asset movements in support of the lab's mission.
• Review financial transactions and purchase records to verify property items.
• Approve and complete custodial transfers in the property system.
• Perform floor-to-record checks for Personal Property.
• Generate periodic reports and data calls using scripts on database tables.
• Assist in annual physical inventory and inventory validation.
