Job summary

Exeter Job Corps Academy is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to manage the receipt, distribution, and loss control of all center property. You will ensure accurate inventory levels, re-orders, and secure disposal in line with government guidelines.

The role requires maintaining property records, coordinating with custodians, and interfacing with the DOL Regional Office. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Inventory control experience with accountability of property.
• Familiarity with government property and inventory requirements preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, distribution, and loss control of Center property.
• Maintain expendable inventory levels and reorder supplies.
• Reconcile inventory with property records and conduct periodic inventories.
• Maintain and update property and equipment inventory systems.
• Coordinate with staff custodians and the DOL Regional Office as needed.
