Combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of clerical experience.
Possession of a valid Hawaii State driver license (Type 3).
Knowledge of office practices; principles and methods of property inventory; supplies nomenclature.

Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance of inventory and inventory records.
Prepare intradepartmental and interdepartmental correspondence and reports.
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries; coordinate with requesting elements; maintain documentation in computer inventory systems.
