Job summary

Reserve Island Resorts is seeking a Property Inventory Clerk I (SR-10) to assist in maintaining the inventory records and related documentation under the Property & Supply Manager.

You will handle deliveries, track items in computer systems, prepare disposal paperwork, and coordinate with internal teams. This role requires high school grad and clerical experience; a Hawaii driver license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years clerical experience.
• Experience in account recordkeeping or storekeeping preferred.
• Driver license (Hawaii Type 3) required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries; verify against orders.
• Obtain quotes, place orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain current inventory records in computer systems.
• Prepare disposal documentation for items.
