We're hiring a Kentucky-licensed litigation attorney. Pay is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, base + bonus. No property insurance experience is required.

Full-time and in person at our Lexington headquarters, a Class A suite on the 26th floor of the Lexington Financial Center.

What You'll Do

• Manage and litigate cases against insurance companies from intake through resolution.

What You Need

• A Kentucky law license in good standing with the Kentucky Bar Association.
• Able to work in person in Lexington and travel for court, depositions, mediations, and inspections.
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files.
• A UBE score of 270 or higher, or 3+ years of practice.

Preferred (not required)

• A license in a second state. We have cases in many states.
• State and federal court experience: discovery, depositions, trial prep, and drafting complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
