Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney (Kentucky or Ohio)

What You’ll Do

As a Litigation Attorney, you’ll take ownership of your caseload while working alongside experienced paralegals, case managers, and senior attorneys. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with every aspect of personal injury practice, including:

• Managing your own litigation caseload with guidance from senior attorneys
• Communicating with clients to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout their case
• Reviewing and summarizing medical records to build strong, evidence‑based claims
• Drafting and reviewing demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for potential litigation
• Collaborating closely with your support team and contributing to a positive, team‑first culture

What We’re Looking For
