Qualifications

• Demonstrate project management experience, including design, permitting, and construction oversight.
• Highly effective communication, presentation and listening abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of budgets and financial oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage property / facility improvements as assigned including drafting bid documents, preparing contracts, maintaining project schedules, staffing and materials; logistics; planning and communication, creating and tracking project budgets.
• Provide onsite supervision and review quality and progress of project
• Communicate with project team members, vendors and stakeholders.
• Define project scopes and objectives, prepare budgets, secure approvals, and award contract work.
• Track and report project costs and provide cost analysis on established schedules.
• Work in a collaborative manner and in a team environment
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and building / municipal officials.
