Responsibilities

• Manage property/facility improvements, draft bid documents, prepare contracts, maintain project schedules, staffing and materials; logistics; planning and communication; create and track project budgets.
• Provide onsite supervision and review quality and progress of projects.
• Communicate with project team members, vendors and stakeholders.
• Define project scopes and objectives, prepare budgets, secure approvals, and award contract work.
• Track and report project costs and provide cost analysis on established schedules.
• Work collaboratively and in a team environment.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and building/municipal officials.
