Qualifications

• Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s cleanliness per SOPs and industry standards.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Remove debris from curbs, parking areas and walkways as scheduled.
• Address resident requests professionally and promptly.
• Notify supervisors of damages or safety concerns.
• Adhere to health, safety and property policies.
