Job summary

A scenic resort company in the United States is seeking a Housekeeping staff member to provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. The role includes following detailed cleaning standards, reporting damages, and stocking supplies. Candidates should have a high school diploma and one year of housekeeping experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work various shifts. Competitive pay and employee housing are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. with frequent bending, twisting and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guest rooms and public areas.
• Clean check-outs and stay-overs, including changing sheets and towels.
• Stock personal cart daily with cleaning supplies and alert supervisor if supplies run low.
