Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Fremont Station Apartments in Flagstaff, AZ. You will maintain cleanliness of common areas, pool, spa, restrooms, and laundry rooms, and assist with general maintenance as needed, always delivering professional service to residents.

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of cleaning/housekeeping experience.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Record of punctuality and dependability; flexible for after-hours and weekends.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Able to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Job location is at the assigned property; on-call capacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform routine housekeeping activities: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways.
• Deal with requests with professionalism and patience.
• Notify superiors on damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Promote safety to limit property loss and injuries.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and property policies.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment; undergo relevant training.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance.
