Advanced Asset Management, LLC in Sherman, Texas is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of apartments, common areas, and amenities, and to clean and prepare units after contractors complete work for immediate move-in.

You will perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing; restock supplies; report maintenance issues; and uphold health and safety standards while supporting a professional, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and cleanliness focused.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartments, common areas, hallways, and amenities.

• Prepare vacant apartments after contractor work for move-in.
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins and turnovers.
• Remove trash and keep spaces organized.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.

• Maintain a professional environment for residents and team members.
