Venterra Realty is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of common areas and prepare apartment homes for move-in. This role collaborates with maintenance and leasing teams to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests, performing detailed cleaning and sanitization to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, keeping clubhouses and shared amenities clean, and ensuring curb appeal across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents.
• Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways and common areas .
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
• Work alongside maintenance teams to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.
• Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
