Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of apartments, common areas, and amenities in our Texas properties. The role includes preparing vacant units for move-ins after contractor work.

You will report safety concerns, stock supplies, and follow health standards. The position offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and lift supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartments, common areas, hallways, amenities and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances and interior spaces.
• Prepare vacant units after contractor work for move-in.
• Prepare units for turnover and move-ins.
• Remove trash and maintain organized spaces.
• Restock supplies and maintain equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Follow cleaning, health and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional environment for residents and team members.
