Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• One to two years of customer service, hospitality, administrative, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Track PMS or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Rental Operations Team by conducting property inspections.
• Assist homeowners and guests with property-related needs.
• Coordinate property-related tasks and administrative functions.
