Sun Realty is seeking a Personal Coordinator on the Outer Banks, NC. This full-time, year-round role supports the Rental Operations team by conducting property inspections, assisting homeowners and guests, coordinating property needs, and handling a range of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Track PMS or similar software is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
