As a Personal Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Rental Operations Team by conducting property inspections, assisting homeowners and guests, coordinating property-related needs, and performing a variety of administrative and office support functions. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.
Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.
