Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Mulberry Place in Lawrenceville, GA. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice tasks.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders and inspections, support staff, and ensure compliance with housing laws. The ideal candidate will perform daily maintenance, interact professionally with residents and vendors, and participate in meetings, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

Must communicate in English and follow written/oral instructions.
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions and handle routine tasks.
May require a valid driver’s license and ability to drive light vehicles depending on property.

Responsibilities

Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash, rake/mulch, weed, water, and perform snow/ice removal.
Common area cleaning: empty trash, clean fixtures, mop and maintain surfaces.
Use digital device to review, update, and manage work orders daily.
Document tasks as work orders and complete monthly inspections.
Maintain safety and report hazards; comply with Fair Housing laws.
Attend staff meetings and assist staff with other duties as needed.
