Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Promenade, a 288-unit apartment community in McDonough, GA. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and attractive, including exterior maintenance and common-area upkeep.

Responsibilities include daily trash removal, landscaping tasks, snow/ice removal, and using a digital device to manage work orders and inspections. The candidate should be able to communicate in English and may need a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Demands problem solving in standardized situations.
• May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles and auto insurance depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: daily trash removal, cleaning around dumpsters, landscaping tasks (raking, mulching, weeding, watering).
• Maintain common areas: empty trash, clean fixtures, carpets, laundry rooms, replenish supplies.
• Use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation; attend meetings; assist staff as needed.
