Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our multifamily properties in the Dallas area. You will help sustain curb appeal, perform basic repairs, and support daily operations.

You will inspect grounds, remove litter, assist with vacants preparation, and respond to resident inquiries with a professional, courteous approach. Safety training and teamwork are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property management and customer service background.
• Computer skills: Rudimentary knowledge to access company software and perform standard tasks.
• Licenses: Current valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests and communicates notices to residents as needed.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or safety concerns for residents and staff.
• Demonstrates customer service by interacting with residents and addressing questions or concerns.
