Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash.
• Keep mail rooms clean and maintain bulletin boards.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and appliance checks.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances as needed.
• Clean pool area and public spaces.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
