Job summary

HHHunt’s Abberly Crest apartments is seeking a Groundskeeper who is passionate about keeping grounds immaculate and delivering quality service to residents. This role focuses on maintaining a beautiful home for our residents and representing the community professionally at all times.

You will be responsible for grounds upkeep, trash removal, and assisting in make-ready units while presenting a professional image on-site and off-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar field preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.

We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Groundskeeper. We are looking for YOU!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other community buildings, both interior and exterior.
• Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of make ready units, including but not limited to removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on/off the property.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a similar field preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

The hiring range for Groundskeeper is $15.62-$19.53/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
