HHHunt's Abberly Crossing in Ladson, SC is seeking a Groundskeeper dedicated to keeping the grounds and common areas pristine for residents. The role focuses on meticulous upkeep of outdoor spaces and professional representation of the community.

You will remove trash daily, assist in make-ready units, and ensure a welcoming home environment for residents. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with growth potential in a full-time team.

Qualifications

As a Groundskeeper for HHHunt's Abberly Crossing apartments, you are passionate about being Customer Focused and a Provider of Quality Services and Products. We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Groundskeeper. We are looking for YOU!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other community buildings, both interior and exterior.

• Assist in the preparation of make ready units, including but not limited to removing trash from vacant apartments.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a similar field preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

The hiring range for Groundskeeper is $13.85-$17.31/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
