Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other buildings, interior and exterior.
• Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of make-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on/off the property.
