Job summary

BH Management is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our multifamily properties. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to cleanliness, and a customer-friendly demeanor to serve residents and staff.

Primary duties include grounds upkeep, trash-out support, pool area maintenance, and ensuring facilities remain organized and safe. Occasional on-call shifts and overtime may be required to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial work preferred.
• Basic interior and exterior maintenance knowledge and handy tools.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs, when applicable.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain maintenance shops.
• Assist with pool cleaning and surrounding areas.
• Post notices to vacate and communicate with residents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
