Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property daily.
• Inspect exterior grounds, breezeways, and buildings.
• Clean common areas, clubhouse, and amenity spaces.
• Assist maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs.
• Support pool area upkeep and maintain pool chemical logs.
• Deliver resident-focused service and maintain a welcoming environment.
