Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a reliable porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. You will perform trash removal, sweeping, lawn care, and basic repairs as directed by the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include landscape tasks, pool/deck cleaning, lighting maintenance, and assisting with notices to residents. Excellent communication in English is required; ability to lift up to 75 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, service requests, and to converse with residents, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds.
• Remove and dispose of trash on property grounds and in laundry rooms/mailboxes as needed.
• Remove trash from vacant apartment units.
• Sweep and clean dumpster areas daily.
• Clean exterior A/C units as needed.
• Maintain landscape: plant installation, weeding, watering flowers.
