Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a full-time porter to maintain cleanliness of common areas and property grounds in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities include trash removal, landscaping, pool maintenance, and assisting the Property Manager with notices to residents.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes
• Must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, service requests, and to converse with residents, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Removing and disposing of trash on property grounds regularly.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas and grounds.
• Sweeping and cleaning dumpster areas daily.
• Maintaining pools, Jacuzzi and related areas including checks and cleaning.
• Shampooing all carpets and maintaining exterior areas.
• Assisting Property Manager with notices and maintenance tasks.
