Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and amenities. You will help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors by keeping surfaces clean, safe, and well-organized.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a flexible schedule, including weekends. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to support maintenance tasks across the community.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & curb appeal: maintain curb appeal daily, pick up trash, blow sidewalks, pressure wash common areas, keep dumpster areas clean.
• Common areas & amenities: clean common areas, stairwells, and amenity spaces; maintain pool area; manage maintenance shop inventory.
• Maintenance support: assist rent-ready units, support deliveries and material handling, assist with preventive maintenance.
• Safety & reporting: conduct daily property walks; report hazards, leaks, and gate issues; contribute to a safe environment.
