Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for Saddleback Creek, Saddleback Village, and Saddleback RV communities in Colorado Springs, CO. The role covers general grounds maintenance and basic repairs for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, keeping areas clean and well-maintained, performing snow removal when needed, and staying on-call as required, with a starting hourly pay of $21–$26.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with clean driving record and insurability.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain and manicure community grounds and prevent weeds.
• Snow removal using appropriate equipment as applicable.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance and grounds equipment.
