Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and perform light maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Clean grounds, remove litter, graffiti, and debris; manage catch basins and drains during weather events.
• Spread salt/ice melt and keep walkways safe in winter."
• Maintain supplies and equipment inventory in cooperation with supervisor and manager.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies; maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Provide courteous, efficient responses and report unusual conditions promptly.
• Follow company policies and community rules, and pursue opportunities for self-improvement.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
