Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Associate to handle daily pool and grounds maintenance for a residential apartment community in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include keeping common areas clean, monitoring pool chemical balance, updating logs, and assisting with general cleaning and beautification tasks.

Ideal candidates bring six months in customer service or related fields and a high school diploma or equivalent. City permits for pool operations are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of stable employment in customer service or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
• Must have city/state required certifications/permits to perform pool operations.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office areas and common areas daily.
• Clean and maintain pool daily.
• Monitor and maintain pool chemical balance.
• Update pool logs/records.
• Check pool area gates for proper operation and security.
• Water plants between visits or in absence of lawn care contractor.
• Power washing as preventative maintenance.
• Trash removal from vacant units.
• Assist Housekeeper with cleaning offices, grounds, common areas and vacant apartments.
