Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Porter to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of residential properties in Washington. You will support the Site Manager and maintenance team, perform routine cleaning, landscape tasks, and prepare vacant units to rent-ready standards.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, strong communication with tenants and team, and reliable, hands-on maintenance support across property grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety.
• Basic computer skills for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and welcoming common areas and grounds.
• Assist Site Manager and maintenance team with daily tasks.
• Assist with unit turns and preparing vacant apartments.
• Support snow removal and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Communicate maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Uphold safety practices and professional conduct.
