Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Knoxville, TN is looking for a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of our apartment communities. You will work outdoors, manage landscaping, and support the service team to keep residents and owners satisfied.

You take pride in detail, handle tools, and respond to issues promptly, including snow/ice removal and debris cleanup. Previous multi-family landscaping experience is preferred; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Landscaping or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Team collaboration to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solves issues.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property, grounds, and common areas.
• Uses hand and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Picks up debris and removes objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal hours when required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
