Job summary

Taleo is seeking a full-time porter/maintenance worker to maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds in Amarillo, TX. You will remove trash, clean exterior areas, assist with landscaping, and support the Property Manager with notices to residents.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to read and follow instructions, and willingness to pass a background check. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, service requests, and to converse with residents, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds.
• Remove and dispose of trash on property grounds and in laundry rooms.
• Clean exterior areas and maintain pools and Jacuzzi areas.
• Assist Property Manager with notices and resident communications.
• Perform landscape changes and water plants as needed.
• Shampoo carpets and assist with general maintenance tasks.
