Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, custodial work, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Capable of lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather.
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and property appearance.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team‑focused environment.
• Basic understanding of cleaning methods and safe material handling, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property grounds in a clean, orderly, and visually appealing condition at all times.
• Perform daily cleaning of interior and exterior common areas, including routine and seasonal deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Pick up trash, debris, and litter throughout the property and dispose of it properly on a daily basis.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and support the maintenance team with service requests when needed.
• Provide support during resident events, community functions, and onsite activities.
• Identify and report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or areas needing attention to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in proper working condition.
