Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, custodial work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property grounds in a clean, orderly, and visually appealing condition at all times.
• Perform daily cleaning of interior and exterior common areas, including routine and seasonal deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Pick up trash, debris, and litter throughout the property and dispose of it properly on a daily basis.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and support the maintenance team with service requests when needed.
• Provide support during resident events, community functions, and onsite activities.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or areas needing attention to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in proper working condition.
